In his practice, Grzegorz concentrates on commercial proceedings, in both civil and arbitration courts, in Poland and abroad. He provides trial services to entities from, among others, the construction and banking sectors. Grzegorz has experience in disputes related to agency agreements concluded as part of banking outsourcing. He advises on disputes over recovery of receivables arising in the course of construction investments and has provided comprehensive services to one of the largest entities on the real estate market. Grzegorz took part in an international arbitration case, advising on the scope of current and historical regulations on Polish citizenship, making it possible for one of the parties in a dispute to invoke the bilateral investment protection treaty between Poland and Egypt. He also represents an EU body in legal disputes before Polish courts and the European Court of Justice.
Grzegorz has been a licensed advocate since 2015 and is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Warsaw University in 2010, and studied at Cardiff University in 2009-2010 as part of the Erasmus programme, gaining knowledge of English company and land law. Grzegorz has been with Rö since 2012; before that, he worked in Polish and international firms, and also at the Ministry of Justice’s International Cooperation and European Law Department during the Polish presidency of the Council of the European Union.
